Meetings - Part 1

"3. So that the shareholders may participate, would be useful to post any and all future meetings where everyone can see it. "

PLEASE NOTE: Our annual meeting was scheduled for August 13th in the foyer and information was posted. Kwame sent letters via mail to each of us. Only three shareholders attended, which is not enough to conduct elections. So, the annual meeting was rescheduled for August 27th in the foyer. Information was once again posted and information placed under each person's door, including ballots. A ballot collection folder was posted in the mail vestibule. Only six shareholders attended the rescheduled annual meeting, but we collected enough ballots to conduct elections.

If anyone has any ideas on how to make information even more available and meetings even more accessible to all shareholders, please pass them on. Because meeting attendance has always been poor despite attempts to increase attendance, I assumed it was due to lack of interest, rather than lack of information. However, with the use of this blog site, hopefully we can conduct virtual discussions in lieu of in-person meetings.

** The last board meeting was conducted on 9/30/08 and was not posted because budget meetings only require the board. We went through the budget line by line and suggested adjustments. No other decisions were made.
